Your consultation at Groom is complimentary.

Cancellation policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments or a late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for a consultation and pre-purchased single treatment, and for pre-purchased series of treatments, that session will be applied toward the series. Groom center services are available by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability. A major credit card is required to hold a reservation 30 minutes or longer.

When to arrive

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment so that you can fill in our consultation form and 10 minutes prior to your routine appointment to allow yourself to unwind, have a refreshing beverage and allow time to check in.

Late arrival

Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer full experience. Late arrivals will not receive an extension and will reduce the time of your treatment.

Methods of payment

Cash.  Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express and Debit cards. We don’t accept personal checks or money orders.


Our services do not include gratuity. The average gratuity for a spa service is 18% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.

Returns and other changes

All prices are subject to change at anytime, and without notice.

No returns. Refunds are available for other Groom services and Groom credit of equal value.
